Beta value (B25/85):  3977K and 3942K

 

Tolerance at 25ºC:  ±0.1ºC, ±0.2ºC, ±0.5ºC, ±1.0ºC

 

Operating Temperature range:  -50ºC to 150ºC

 

Dissipation constant:  2.5 mW/ºC in still air, 13 mW/ºC in stirred oil

 

Thermal time constant:  Typically 1.25 seconds in stirred oil

 

Maximum power rating:  3.5 mW at 25ºC
